xProGPS_max Brake Test stands for highly accurate results
in the range of 10 cm RMS. This we achieve without the
cumbersome installation of a local Base Station for a costy
differential GPS based system.

we refreshed xProGPS_nano
With the new version xProGPS_nano25 we could increase the native
output rate of the receiver unit considerably to 25 Hz.
Results are really outstanding !
Also new is a complex sensor fusion with which we combine GPS
and a high-res inertial sensor in order to achieve short-term
drop-outs of the satellite signal. Additionally the speed signal is
smoothed significantly.
Fusion data from SUCHY are not based on interpolation but on
actual physical values. Fused vehicle speed we even send out with
extra speedy 100 Hz.
xProGPS_nano25 is therefore suitable even for measurements with
very high driving dynamics and can replace a much more expensive
native 100 Hz GPS in many cases.
xProGPS_max is based on a selected GPS receiver with a
sizzling fast 100 Hz native data rate.
The main receiver is supported by an Assist-GPS coming
with 25 Hz. This additional receiver will support the main
receiver in noisy and low signal level areas.
xProGPS_max is a full featured datalogger, which accesses
up to 3 CAN busses totalizing in more than 300 data channels.
These bus inputs can log multiple temperature sensors or
analogue signals using our signal conditioning units
xProTherm32 or xProAnalog32. These bus inputs can also
connect to vehicle busses or an external IMU.
Two 32-bit high-speed counters are used for fuel
measurement and for speed sensor based on conventional
incrementals encoders.
All collected data is written in Real-Time to local SD card.
An electrically isolated trigger input, connection to connect
a driver display as well as two Analogue Outputs plus a USB
interface round off the interface possibilities.
In case the supply from vehicle should be interrupted, e.g.
by engine cranking, with xProGPS_max this does not mean
a loss of data as an internal battery will buffer the system
reliably.
nano25 makes a difference
a most complete Turn-Key Solution
xProGPS_nano25 can receive signals simultaneously from GPS,
GLONASS, BEIDOU and GALILEO satellites. This leads to
extraordinary reception results especially in "Urban Canyons".
xProGPS_nano converts GPS information into common
measurement signals, such as CAN bus, serial COM port, USB,
frequency and analog output.
xProGPS_nano25 - the ideal speed sensor perfect for wide range
of test applications !
A suitable Windows software supports the setup and offers
special function modules for driving performance and GPS logging.
... and all this at attractive and affordable costs
Extensive software modules support applications such as
performance tests including coast-down.
Post processing with detailled evalutation of test data is carried
out with a Windows software.
Of course test informations can be exported in different formats
and are also accessible by Google Earth.
