As an innovative manufacturer, we were at that time decisive in the introduction of PC technology in the mobile data acquisition technology. After many years we are now of the opinion "it's time for a change“ The rapidly evolving electronics and software technology enable completely new solutions. These have we took up and crafted a new design approach. The result is xProML, a measuring system that is as easy to to operate as a mobile phone. A great user interface, a 7" super bright display with PCAP touch and a haptic controller make the handling of this modern CAN-FD-Loggers a real pleasure. Hidden under the hood is a multi-core system for lightning-fast processing of collected data. xProML boots from cold within unbelievable 2-3 seconds into measurement mode and does need considerably less energy than a Windows based PC. Also already included is a battery-free power back-up. 1200 measuring channels, 12 CAN busses, counters, internal sensors like GPS secure the mastering of even the most complex tasks.

Low-Cost to High Performance

The most important parameter in measurement applications usually is the vehicle speed. Nearly all other measured values are related to speed information. With products of the xProGPS series you have a wide range of high-precision speed sensors - from low-cost to 100 Hz top of the line. Additionally we offer a clever sensor fusion for our GPS systems. The fusion bypasses a disturbed signal of the GPS for a short time and delivers noise-reduced speed information.

xProML was especially designed for space critical missions where a standard PC equipment with all its necessary extra components won‘t find room. With xProML measurement technology, computing power plus display are accommodated in one single unit - perfectly suitable for super sports cars, Motorsports, Motor-Bikes etc. xProML is ideal where fast setup times, lightning fast booting, as well as low power consumption (e-vehicles ) are a must - and at the same time providing access to more than a 1000 data channels.

Our signal conditioning units serve as a supplement to the CAN logger xProML. Signal conditioners connect a variety of physical sensors to CAN. Find from our xpro product line : • Low Cost Sensor only with numerous Interfaces and great additional features • compact GPS Logger including an OLED- Display and internal IMU plus a precision Altimeter • High-Performance Datalogger additionally offering 3 CAN-Busses, Counter-Inputs, a super speedy SD-Card interface and much more

Precision GPS - combined with mighty Logging features xProGPS_max is based on a selected GPS receiver with a sizzling 100 Hz native data rate. The main receiver is supported by an Assist-GPS coming with 25 Hz. This additional receiver will support the main receiver in noisy and low signal level areas. xProGPS_max is a full featured datalogger, which accesses up to3 CAN busses totalizing in more than 300 data channels. These bus inputs can log multiple temperature sensors or analogue signals using xpro signal conditioning units and can connect to vehicle busses or an external IMUs. Two 32-bit high-speed counters are used for fuel measurement and for speed sensor based on conventional incrementals encoders. All collected data is written in Real-Time to an internal SD card. An electrically isolated trigger input, connection to connect a driver display as well as two Analogue Outputs plus a USB interface round off the interface possibilities. In case the supply from vehicle should be interrupted, e.g. by engine cranking, with xProGPS_max this does not mean a loss of data. An internal battery will buffer the system reliably. Extensive software modules support applications such as performance tests including coast-down. Post processing with detailled evalutation of test data is carried out with a Windows software. Of course test informations can be exported in different formats and are also accessible by Google Earth.

compact, cost-effective and with a lot of unique features ! We refreshed xProGPS_nano ! With the new version xProGPS_nano25 we could increase the native output rate of the receiver unit considerably to 25 Hz. Results are really outstanding ! Also new is a complex sensor fusion with which we combine GPS and a high-res inertial sensor in order to achieve short-term drop-outs of the satellite signal. Additionally the speed signal is smoothed significantly. Fusion data from SUCHY are not based on interpolation but on actual physical values. Fused vehicle speed we even send out with extra speedy 100 Hz. xProGPS_nano25 is therefore suitable even for measurements with very high driving dynamics and can replace a much more expensive native 100 Hz GPS in many cases. xProGPS_nano25 can receive signals concurrently from GPS, GLONASS, BEIDOU and GALILEO satellites. This leads to extraordinary reception results especially in "Urban Canyons". xProGPS_nano converts GPS information into common measurement signals, such as CAN bus, serial COM port, USB, frequency and analog output. xProGPS_nano25 - the ideal speed sensor perfect for a wide range of test applications ! A sensor with lowest noise - … and high signal stability ! You need precise and high-resolution acceleration and angular velocities ? With xProINS_mini you are getting a top sensor. In a compact allay housing our IMU contains specially selected sensor elements which we combine in a sophisticated style. The sensors have a come with a 16-bit resolution and perform at an extremely low noise level. Input ranges are from 2 g to 16 g for the accelerometer part and 125 degrees/sec to 2000 degrees/sec for the gyro element. Standard communication is via CAN. For software updates or parameter settings an USB interface is on board. The mounting position can be zeroed by both an internal or remote push-button.
